Standard shipping takes 3-6 days for delivery.  Priority Mail takes 2-3 days for delivery, but is not a guaranteed service.  Priority Mail Express takes 1-2 days (depending on location) and is a guaranteed service.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”I don’t like my stickers. Can I return them?”][vc_column_text]In the event that an error is made on the part of VVIXCI, we are happy to reprint the stickers at no extra charge.  If there is a problem with your stickers, please send us a photograph that indicates the problem and we will address it accordingly. Quality issues are rare, but they happen on occasion and we strive to address them as fast as possible.

Since every order is 100% custom, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, we cannot refund or reprint your order if you decide you do not want your stickers, ordered the wrong size or would prefer a different style.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it has been placed?”][vc_column_text]Here at VVIXCI, we work really hard to have a fast turnaround and get your stickers shipped within four business days.  Shortly after your order is placed, your design is sent to print.  Once a proof has been approved, changes can not be made to the order.  We encourage you to not only look at “how cute” the sticker mockup looks, but also look at formatting, spelling, punctuation, and other elements of the sticker design.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”My stickers did not arrive by the time I needed them. How do I get a refund?”][vc_column_text]We’ve all been there….you’re getting ready for a big event.  Everything is going as planned until you remember 3 days before the event that you didn’t order stickers for the party favors.  This is the point when you reach out to us.

While we will work hard to get your order to you on time, it is up to you to leave enough time for us to prepare a proof (if you choose to receive one).  Once we send the proof to you, we will await proof approval.  When you opt for a digital proof, your order will not ship until the proof is approved.

Once a package is shipped, we no longer have control over when the package arrives.  Shipment times are estimated and typically accurate, but not always guaranteed. Priority Mail Express is the only “guaranteed” delivery service and has a money-back guarantee.  If your order arrives after your desired date and the order was shipped in ample time (by standard shipping or Priority Mail, we will issue 70% of the total purchase price.  If the Priority Mail Express option is chosen, we will issue a full refund for shipping in addition to 70% of the product total.
